Talking about the track Lei says “I’m playing the role of someone chasing a love interest. I mainly wanted to tap into something that a lot of us can relate to which is the innocence, infatuation, and thrill that you feel when you first begin to fall for someone. The only thing you can think of is being with them. I think that’s a pretty universal feeling”

The track has a sonic familiarity but with Lei’s own twist, with its bouncing percussion and constant stabs. Blending traditional and modern elements through the Guitars and Brass whilst using Synthesisers to create warmth, giving space for Lei’s soft vocals to float over the track ssss
